Attractive and hard to find in the original editions. Soft orange cloth covers with black illustration of Greek costume and decorative freize, has some light stains, faded, spine tips dusted. Interior black Victorian end papers show some wear, handsome old book plate pasted down, small chip bottom first fly. Book is printed in sepia throughout on creamy paper which is clean and unmarked. Illustrations throughout with plates at rear. Sewing visible at some points in the plates, but book block sturdy. A nice copy.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
