Interior has many notes, paper clips, newspaper cuttings, etc., from some previous owner who was very interested in or involved with the church -- some are interesting, such as a margin note stating that a mason who was paid $190 in 1834 also built "Colonnade Row". Glued in at the inside back cover is a letter from the woman who sold this book in 1974 with additional architectural information on various sites in NYC, etc. Not a perfect copy of this scarce volume, but an interesting one, and still handsome.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
