Bowles' Two Letters to Lord Byron). Werner is the 2nd state with "the end" at page 188 and publisher's information, The Island is stated 2nd edition. Leather spine with gilt decorations, tooling in the bands, says "Scott's Vision, Byron's Werner, the Island; Bowles Letters, Millman's Fall of Jerusalem." Small leather corners and brown marbled boards. Leather somewhat dry and scuffed, some gilt scuffed away. Interior has some occasional foxing, damp staining to the Fall of Jerusalem, oxidation on the end papers where the leather was glued , binding is very sturdy.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
