In this extremely scarce volume he studies the act that created the N.R.A. in 1933 and was coming up for renewal ini 1935, looks at what the act aimed to do and what he was able to find that it accomplished. And comes up thinking that the act should not be renewed. Paper dj has a large lack at front and bottom of spine, even larger at the back. Blue cloth with gilt has some light staining at the bottom front, interior mildly toned, otherwise good.; 8vo - over 7¾" - 9¾" tall
