A quarto measuring 9” x 7”. Binding is very pleasing, an extremely handsome rebinding using renewed old materials. Old contemporary calf boards that have signs of wear with lovely patina were sensitively and expertly rebacked with a spine with 5 raised bands, gilt in the compartments, all beautifully done by this master binder.
